If your item arrives damaged, please phone us on 1800 640 902 so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We do not expect that you examine the goods while the courier waits, however if the package appears to be damaged please make note of it on the couriers consignment note.
If a product appears to be faulty please notify us via the contact page of the website so we can advise the correct course of action.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse you including packaging & freight charges.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damage due to negligence by you
- Natural wear & tear caused after delivery
- Change of mind.
